Terms & Conditions – LAMHA Candles

1. Product Information All LAMHA candles are handmade. Therefore, slight variations in color, shape, texture, size, and finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

2. Orders Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Please carefully check your product, quantity, fragrance, color, and delivery details before placing the order.

3. Custom & Bulk Orders For customized or bulk orders, production will begin after confirmation and payment. Customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started.

4. Shipping & Delivery Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and courier service. LAMHA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Damaged Products If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the package and product. This will help us assess and resolve the issue.

6. Returns & Exchanges Due to the handmade and delicate nature of candles, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
8. Candle Safety Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, paper, and other flammable materials. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and follow the care instructions provided with the product.

9. Fragrance & Color Fragrance intensity may vary depending on the candle size, room size, temperature, and individual preference. Colors may also vary slightly from the product images due to lighting and screen settings.
11. Product Images Product images are for representation purposes. Since our products are handmade, the actual product may have minor differences from the images shown on the website.
